Mr. Dees has served as a Choir Director in Fort Bend ISD since 2019.   He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Vocal Performance.  He previously served as the Head Choir Director at Ronald Thornton MS from 2019-2023.  He is an active consultant and clinician in the greater Houston area having worked with choirs from Aldine ISD and Pearland ISD. He served as TCDA MS All-State Bass Section Leader in 2022.  He is an active member of Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) and Texas Choral Directors Association (TCDA).  He has a passion for teaching young people and is grateful for the opportunity to invest in the lives of his students.  Mr. Dees enjoys cooking with his lovely wife, Emily Dees, who is also a choir director in Fort Bend ISD and chilling with his cats, Pepper and Pumpkin.
